The WireNut is an Electrical company, based out of Colorado Springs in Colorado. They built their reputation on providing incredible customer service to the citizens of Denver and surrounding areas. They acquired an HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) company and expanded their services to their existing customer base. They hired POD Marketing to help establish the brand and generate new leads at a profitable rate.
The Wirenut was going through a period of acquiring new businesses. They had several websites and not a lot of direction on where they wanted to go with branding. They had splash pages and duplicate content among their web properties.
We built The Wirenut on our Home Service Platform. This allowed us to make necessary optimizations to conversion rates as needed. We were able to design hero images that fit their brand, and write content that has aided in an increased number of leads. We have also added service pages to aid in SEO. They now have a robust website that is easy to navigate and converts higher than their previous website.
The Wirenut had inherited several mascots and logos from the various companies he purchased. He was a bit gun shy to amalgamate all companies together in fear of losing loyalty from current client base. The branding and layouts of all the advertising was cluttered and not as effective as it could be.
Their dedicated Graphic Designer was able to design a new look and feel for all their new advertising. We designed a mascot that fit on brand, a logo that encompassed their many services and a look and feel that allowed their current clients to stay loyal and potential clients to feel like they’ve chosen a trusted company.
The Wirenut already had a fairly mature PPC campaign running but the market and industry in which they compete in is extremely competitive, it is not uncommon to see cost per clicks in the area of $60.00 (USD). In this instance the client was looking to bring in more leads, drop their average cost-per-click and increase their conversion rate.
Since the Wirenut has joined POD, we have worked to not only decrease their cost per click but also increase their number of leads and conversion rate.
To address the increasing cost per click, POD Marketing created specific display campaigns, broken out by service as well as relied on remarketing to ensure we are staying top of mind with potential consumers.
Furthermore, POD Marketing continues to break out the Wirenut’s ad groups to ensure that they are as specific as possible so they are are visible to all facets of their audience in addition to A/B testing ad headlines.
The Client was trying to navigate through several print vendors, was stuck in a vicious cycle of brand changes, and was finding it difficult to focus on priorities. He knew the direction they wanted to go in, but wasn’t clear on the best way to get there.

Over the two years The Wirenut has been a POD client, we went through a major rebrand.
